Stage One

Case Intake & Strategy

Your client pays a small intake fee to begin. GVJ reviews the full case profile and maps a tailored strategy before any significant expenditure is committed.

What happens at this stage

We assess travel history, financial profile, employment status, and any previous refusal grounds. This intake produces a written strategy outlining the strongest route to approval — so neither partner nor client is flying blind.

Stage Two

Case Preparation

GVJ builds the full document pack — Schengen narrative, cover letter, checklist, financial analysis, and appointment co-ordination where required.

What happens at this stage

Every document is prepared in line with Schengen Regulation requirements and tailored to the specific consulate. This includes forensic review of bank statements, itinerary, accommodation proof, cover letter, and any refusal-response narratives. Nothing is sent to the client until the full pack is complete.

Stage Three

Balance & Sign-off

Once all paperwork is complete and reviewed, the client pays the remaining balance — before anything is submitted to the Embassy.

Why this structure matters

The client never pays the full balance upfront — they pay the remainder only once they can see the finished work. This is a deliberate design choice that protects the client and reflects GVJ's confidence in the quality of our output.

Stage Four

Submission & Management

GVJ manages submission and tracks progress through to the Embassy's decision — handling every communication and follow-up on the client's behalf.

What happens at this stage

We co-ordinate the appointment, guide the client through the biometric and submission process, and remain the contact point through to decision. Referring partners are kept informed at each milestone without needing to manage the process themselves.

Stage Five

Partner Commission

On successful completion, GVJ pays the referring partner a commission — at no cost to the partner or their client beyond the fees described above.

Commission structure

Specific terms are agreed with each partner before any referral is made. There is no cost to join the programme and no minimum referral obligation. Full terms are shared directly — contact us below to begin the conversation.
