This document outlines the detailed professional services, limitations, and terms provided by Global Visa & Journeys Ltd (the Consultant) to clients (the Client) concerning UK and Schengen Visa Applications.

1. Scope of Engagement: Strategy & Logistics

The Consultant agrees to provide the following high-value services, depending on the package selected:

• Forensic Document Audit: Review of financial statements, employment letters, and supporting documents against strict Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) standards.
• Strategic Narrative Construction: Drafting expert cover letters, chronological statements, and addressing high-risk factors (e.g., lump sums, previous refusals).
• Application Management: Guided completion and submission of the official online Visa Application Form.

3. Exclusions to Service

The Consultant acts as an independent strategic travel consultancy, NOT a law firm or regulated immigration advisor. We strictly exclude:

• Legal Representation: Attending court appeals or administrative reviews.
• Document Authentication: We do not verify the authenticity or legality of documents provided by the Client. Submitting fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Total Disclosure: All information provided must be truthful, genuine, and completely disclosed.
• Financial Integrity: The Client agrees not to engage in funds parking or artificial bank manipulation without full disclosure to the Consultant.

These Terms and Conditions legally govern the provision of all strategic and logistical services by Global Visa & Journeys Ltd.

1. Definitions and Acceptance

• 1.1. The Consultant: Global Visa & Journeys Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
• 1.2. Acceptance: By proceeding with payment, booking a consultation, or submitting documents to our portal, you agree to be bound entirely by these Terms.

2. Fees, Payments & Non-Refund Policy

• 2.1. Upfront Payment: All Consulting Fees are due in full prior to the commencement of document audits or appointment hunting.
2.2. Strict Non-Refundable Clause: Fees paid to Global Visa & Journeys Ltd compensate for our team's time, intellectual property, strategy, and portal monitoring efforts. Therefore, fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once work has commenced. This applies regardless of the final visa outcome (approval or refusal), and regardless of delays caused by third-party embassy booking systems.

• 4.1. Fraudulent Activity: If the Consultant discovers or reasonably suspects the Client has provided forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation, the Consultant reserves the right to immediately terminate the engagement without any refund.
• 4.2. Right of Refusal: The Consultant reserves the right to decline taking on a case if the profile is deemed an unviable risk, in which case any unearned fees will be returned.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) & Data Privacy

• 5.1. Ownership: All custom strategy documents, legal narratives, checklists, and calculators remain the exclusive intellectual property of Global Visa & Journeys Ltd.
• 5.2. GDPR & Confidentiality: Client data is processed in strict accordance with UK GDPR. Documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers and are utilized solely for the purpose of constructing the visa application.
